Dottie Ardina and top guns starts quest in Ladies Masters; Day 1 shootout looms


Dottie Ardina, the professional golfer of Philippines and the top guns are all set to unwrap the ICTSI Philippine Ladies Masters today with great number of explosive paring on tap starting at Alabang Country in Muntinlupa.

Lin Tzu-Chi, Taiwan LPGA Tour Order of Merit leader drew Fil-Am and Demi Runas, the former LPGA Tour campaigner and Chorphake Jaengkit, Thai ace are in the first flight at 7:00 AM on NO. 1.  Meanwhile, Dottie Ardina, the LPGA Tour-bound made it out with Pro-am winner Yeh Hsin-Ning f Taiwan and Thai Saraporn Chamchoi are also on the first hole starting at 7:20 AM.

Lee Jeong-Hwa from Korea is seeking a sweep from the three ICTSI Ladies Philippine Tour and Taiwan LPGA Tour-approved events henceforth ruling the Spendido and Southwoods legs during March 2015, set out against Fil-Am and Luisita leg winner Cristina Corpus and Taiwanese lee Chia-Pie on No. 10 at 7:10 AM.  

The former three-time LPGT OOM winner and LPGA Tour Campaigner Cyna Rodriguez hit at 10:50 AM along with Taiwan’s Huang Szu-Hsuan and Thailand’s Dussavi Soppimjit, as well as at the backside of the par-72 layout.

Dottie Ardian who completed joints 21st in the LPGA Q-School Final Stage to be certain of an LPGA stretch in 10-15 events as Category 17 qualifier said –

“No one holds an advantage here. The course looks easy but trouble lurks in every corner so we have to be focused”

The real focus will be on the clash between Princess Superal and Top amateur Yaka Saso starting at 11:20 AM in a duel of former US Girls’ Junior champion and the reigning World Junior Girls title holder with Thai Pattaraporn Mounchoo finishing the group

“With its tight fairways, the course requires precision shots. Some fairways are tight and we have to be wary of the trees,” said Superal, priming up for next year’s Symetra Tour campaign.
