Fans launch FB campaign to vote for Jordan Clarkson

Fans of Jordan Clarkson have designed a Facebook page campaign named “Jordan Clarkson PH Fans” to send the 3rd year man to his first All-Star Game, and Clarkson himself acknowledge the gesture.

The Facebook Campaign has been launched to vote Jordan Clarkson into the West squad of the NBA All-Star Game at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans on Feb. 19 and fans are hoping the Los Angeles Lakers guard to be recognized as the first Fil-Am starter in the annual classic.

Looking at the Facebook Fan Page, Jordan Clarkson said –

“Spotted this on a Facebook fan page today. Thanks for the #NBAVote support! I’d be proud to rep all of you at the All-Star Game.”

All-Star Game has never seen the NBA players and media joining fans in selecting the starting lineups of the West and East teams. Voting started on 25th December and will end by 17th January 2017 at 12.59 P.M. Philippine Time. The results will come out on Jan. 19.

After re-signing with the Lakers in last offseason, Clarkson is nearly averaging 14 points, nearly three rebounds and two assists per game, as one of the stars of a young, up-and-coming Lakers squad.

Facebook will allow fans to post the player’s first and last name with the hashtag #NBAVOTE on their personal account or comment on another’s post. Each post could include only one player’s name and fans are also allowed to post votes for 10 unique players. Fans may search on Google with “NBA Vote All-Star” or “NBA Vote (team name)”

On Google Search, fans may search “NBA Vote All-Star” or “NBA Vote (team name)” (example: NBA Vote Celtics) and use respective voting cards to select teams then players. Fans may submit votes for 10 unique players each day throughout the voting period.
