San Sebastian, CSB look to secure playoff Berth

 

San Sebastian and St. Benilde looks to secure playoff berths when faceoff its rivals against Perpetual help today in the NCAA Women’s Volleyball at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan City.

San Sebastian would bet its perfect slide, 6 victories against Perpetual Help starting at 12.30 P.M game.

At 11.30 A.M will have a clash of St. Benilde and Arellano, where St. Benilde wanting to notch its solo 2nd with a 6-1 record.

Back-to-back MVP Grethcel Soltones is leading the Lady Stags, which is now just 3 wins away from sweeping the elimination round.

Still for Coach Roger Gorayeb, San Sebastian won’t be able to complete a sweep based on how the players perform themselves on the court.

Gorayeb said –

“We showed a lot of flaws in our game,”

“That can’t be the level of play that could sweep the eliminations.”

In men’s action, the league-leading Blazers (6-1) and Chiefs (5-1) tangle at 10 a.m. while the Altas (4-1) and Stags clash at 2 P.M.
